Personal Lists of Codes / Favorites

Note This option is available only to active subscribers and Free Trial users.

1. Find a CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10 (Diagnosis of Procedure) code that interests you, with the search or reverse search functions on the Home page. The result will show a small blue button under the code - IF - the option of Personal Lists is available to you. Click on the button to add the code to an existing Personal List.
2. If you need create a new list - open the "Tools" on the top menu bar and click on "Personal Lists". On the next page you can review your lists or you can click on the link "Create a new personal list".
Do not use apostrophes or quotation marks as part of the name of a personal list.
3. While reviewing the codes in an existing Personal List, you can delete a code from that list or you can delete the whole personal list. Please note - there is no confirmatory question and you cannot undo a delete action
4. If you need to rename a list - you can easily do so by clicking the "Modify the name of the personal list" on the Personal List page.
Do not use apostrophes or quotation marks as part of the name of a personal list.

CMS recommends not more than 25 diagnosis and 25 procedure codes on a single claim, so we suggest you keep the number of codes on a personal list accordingly.
You have an unlimited number of Personal Lists while you are susbcribed with us.

Do NOT use any patient information, such as name or social security number, that may be protected by HIPAA as the name of a Personal List
